To be clear, if my email looked like this:Īnd I got an email from Client B, the email rules would take the new email from the "Inbox" folder and automatically send it to the "Client B" folder.and used to make the folder name ("Client B") bold so I knew that there was a new email in it. The fact that the folder name became bold is very important to me. Since I have about 50 folders for various clients it would be very, very tedious to open each individual folder several times aĭay to see if it had any new email in it. Then I noticed that new emails do not make the folders in the Inbox appear in bold, signifying that it has a new email in it. The email rules for my email did not transfer for some reason, so I am attempting to reimplement all the rules that I had constructed over the years. I just bought Outlook 2016 for Mac and am transferring all the mail from my last computer.
